Medium Marketing sponsored the Chelsea U15s girls soccer team with the goal of seeing them improve. The results, made us proud.

What we Achieved

Improved Confidence

The whole team were much more comfortable on the ball by the end of the season

Established Teamwork

From never playing as a team before these girls played fluently by the end of the season

Delivered Results

We helped the girls achieve their best results and position on table ever.

Our Focus

Our first approach was to understand their biggest areas of development and focus here. This included:

Defence - we were scoring many goals but letting the most in out of any team

Passing - a key part of teamwork is to distribute the ball effectively

Structure - We helped players understand their role in the team.

The Results

The start of the season was tough and we lost 3 out of the first 4 games which put us on the back foot. However after this, we achieved the following

Five unbeaten games in a row
Beating the second top team in the table by four goals to two
Securing two clean sheets (no goals conceded)
Beating one team by 7 goals to nil (their largest defeat)
On track to finish in the top 3 in the table
